1. General Provisions

1.1. The following terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply to the offer and sale of products through the redlionstore.co.uk website ("Website").

1.2. In order to purchase products on the Website customers must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or, if they are minors, be duly authorised by their legal guardian, (b) be consumers, understood as natural persons acting outside their industry, trade, business and profession (c) register on the Website; and (d) have a valid credit card.

1.3. This contract will be formalised in Spanish and will be governed by Spanish law in accordance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI").

2. Identification of the Seller

3. Products

3.1. Product information is available on the Website and is provided in accordance with articles 60, 63 and 97 of the Consumer Law and articles 27 and 28 of the LSSI.

3.2. Customers may not sell or resell such products or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products or samples to be delivered to the customer where, in our sole discretion, it would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices

4.1. All prices quoted for products available through the Website are inclusive of VAT at prevailing rates and are denominated in Euros. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately on the order form.

5. Payment Options

5.1. The customer may pay for the products by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted for this purpose:

  •  Visa
  • MasterCard

5.2. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside Spain.

5.3. For the customer's security, the customer's name and billing address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

5.4. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer's payment card refuses, or for any reason does not authorise payment on our behalf, whether prior or subsequent to a payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. We are committed to providing customers with the best products available. If the customer considers that the products he/she has received do not meet this expectation, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, in accordance with Article 71 of the Consumer Law.

6.2. The customer may notify us of his/her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending us a message from the user panel with the details of the relevant order, including the customer's order number and the description of the products to be returned.

6.3. Our Customer Service department will then issue the customer with an authorisation number and an email confirmation. The customer is invited to keep their authorisation number for future reference to the Customer Service department in this regard.

6.4. In the event that the customer returns products for reasons other than defective, incomplete or incorrect delivery, the customer must arrange and pay for the return of the products.

6.5. We strongly recommend sending the parcel by recorded delivery service (which requires a signature on delivery). We cannot be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.

7. Non-conformity

7.1. In the event of non-conformity of the products with the contract within the meaning of Article 116 of the Consumer Act, the guarantees set out in Articles 118 to 122 of the same Act shall apply. The customer is entitled to have the products repaired or replaced, free of charge, so that they are in conformity with the contract, failing which the customer is entitled to an appropriate reduction in the price of the products or to cancel the contract. The customer waives the rights described above if he does not notify us of the non-conformity within two months of the date on which he becomes aware of the non-conformity. We shall be liable for the lack of conformity if it becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the products. In any case, actions brought in relation to a lack of conformity which we have not maliciously concealed shall automatically lapse thirty-six months after delivery of the products.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and shall be construed in accordance with Spanish law.

8.2. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of residence or domicile of the customer.
